You'll be shaping core systems, shipping production features end-to-end, and helping define the engineering culture as they grow. What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure Build robust data pipelines and integrations that power financial and emissions insights Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to solve real problems and shape product direction Own systems from idea → design → production → iteration Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scale Help define engineering best practices that will carry the company forward Who You Are A
