• 8+ years as Full Stack or Senior Software Engineer
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects using Agile SDLC
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, frameworks, and testing
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable code
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Proficient in C#/.NET development
• Database skills: SQL and essential TSQL knowledge
• Experience with automation and Dev Ops tools:
  Ansible, Jenkins, Git
• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Version control using Git with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab)
• Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Service Now (SNOW)
• Proven leadership in designing and delivering complex distributed systems
• Experience with real-time, low latency, high-volume systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of incident, problem, and change management

• Experience in financial services with understanding of financial and market data

• Design and develop backend/frontend real-time index calculation and distribution platform
• Lead technical solutions within Agile teams
• Build and automate CI/CD frameworks
• Manage full testing cycle from theory to production
• Implement Market Data and Real-time projects
• Collaborate with IT, App Support, and business teams to gather and agree on requirements
• Prototype and develop distributed platforms
• Analyze and improve performance of existing solutions
• Maintain and support existing real-time platforms
• Provide 3rd line support for Index Applications
• Report to Index Senior Development Manager
• Act as key technical contact for real-time Index services
