The Lead Mobile Engineer will be a foundational technical leader responsible for designing, building, and launching Healf’s consumer mobile applications for both the e-commerce platform and the Healf Zone wellbeing product across iOS and Android.

The Lead Mobile Engineer will work closely with the CTO, Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure the mobile application architecture and experience directly supports key business metrics and our future international scaling plans.

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of the Healf mobile application, ensuring performance, reliability, and world‑class user experience across iOS and Android.
• Own the mobile development stack, implementing solutions using a combination of React Native for cross‑platform efficiency and native OS (Swift/Kotlin) development where required for optimal performance and integration.
• Establish and champion architectural patterns for state management, networking, and component reusability to ensure a scalable and maintainable codebase.

• Define and implement high‑quality development practices, including robust testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), code reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mobile CI/CD pipeline, including automated testing, build processes, and successful deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Oversee application performance monitoring, crash analytics, and prompt resolution of production issues to maintain a 5‑star user rating.
