A high-growth fintech building global payment infrastructure is hiring a Staff Engineer to shape the architecture behind real-time transaction processing and settlement systems handling billions in annual volume.
What you’ll do- Lead design of scalable, high-availability payment systems
- Drive architecture across microservices and event-driven platforms
- Partner with Product, Risk and Compliance teams
- Mentor senior engineers and influence engineering strategy
- Improve system performance, resilience and observability
- Experience in payments, fintech or regulated environments
- Proven staff/principal-level technical leadership
