Senior Software Engineer

• Building our product from end to end: You’ll be one of the early Engineers shaping our product, and will work across our whole tech stack
• Shipping fast: We like to iterate quickly, and believe done is better than perfect
• Investing in developer experience: You’ll implement clean, well‑tested code, and build scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures
• Working closely with a high‑trust team: Glyphic is a small but mighty team, we’re regularly in the office collaborating together
• Engaging directly with customers: Understanding the customer deeply leads to building the best solution for them
• Crafting a beautiful, intuitive user experience: Build AI‑powered tools that delight users and make complex sales workflows effortless and enjoyable
• Get involved forming an early stage business: Help define our culture, brainstorm marketing ideas, and more; there's so much to do beyond software development

• You can work full‑stack, experienced and up to date with best practices in React and Python
• 5+ years of experience, preferably high‑growth startups
• You’ve built and maintained production systems, with experience in testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD
• Experience building Gen AI / LLM applications is highly valued
• You like to keep things simple and find elegant solutions to complex problems
• You’re customer‑oriented, with a passion for understanding users and crafting intuitive UX
• You’re keen to work in our tech stack. It currently includes React, Typescript, and Tailwind
  
  CSS (front end), Python 3.10, FastAPI, REST, Mongo
  
  DB, and AWS (backend). Plus you’ll help define it further
