Someone with experience in Windows-centric, multithreaded C++ and distributed systems could directly shape the performance and reliability of the firm's core trading platforms and UI surfaces - the very systems that ingest tick data, drive execution logic, and support traders in real time. This isn't an isolated backend service: you'd be influencing front-office engineering, tight event loops, and low-latency user interactions from the ground up.

The firm's platform spans C++ to open-source tools, automated workflows, and massive data throughput - a great place for engineers who care about performance at scale.

This is an on-site role in Central London. In addition to the advertised base, this fund offers market-leading total comp with strong bonuses on offer.

• Excellent C++ Programming ability - you will have 3+ years of experience working in a low-latency/ high throughput environment
