We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of commercial experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building both the front and back end components of our platform. You will be responsible for coding reliable, secure, and performant features across a modern web stack that includes React/Next.js on the front end and C#/.NET

(ASP.NET Core) on the back end, supported by Azure Managed Services.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and architecture teams to deliver end-to-end features—from shaping solution designs and APIs to implementing responsive UIs and robust services. This long-term programme (5+ years) is well-suited for engineers who enjoy taking ownership of problems across the stack, care deeply about code quality and developer experience, and thrive in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging user experiences using React, Next.js, Node.js, and/or Typescript, including server components and styled client components for an interactive UI with Microservices, Microfront end, and event-driven architecture.
- Design and implement backend components using C# and ASP.NET Core, adhering to REST and/or Graph

QL best practises.
- Own features end-to-end, including requirements refinement, technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and observability.
- Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, as well as contract testing using libraries and frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and PACT.
- Incorporate security best practises, including authentication/authorisation, input validation, secret management, and secure coding standards. Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) is essential.
- Work with Azure cloud services, including Azure Entra and general authentication/authorisation practises.
- Utilise containerization, automation, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and implement modern Dev Ops practises, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and observability techniques.
- Apply lean software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe), participating in PI Planning every 3 months.
- Engage in code reviews and mentorship to maintain high standards, share knowledge, and contribute to engineering best practises and documentation.
- Foster continuous improvement by evolving the architecture, coding standards, and influencing technical direction.
- Embrace a collaborative working culture, exhibiting clear communication and proactive cross-functional teamwork using Git Hub Actions.
- Document thoroughly, creating Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), API specifications, and well-commented code.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST, Graph

QL, and Azure Managed Services.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).

- Experience with CI/CD processes, containerization, and modern Dev Ops practises.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a test-first mindset, and a passion for code quality.
