What you’ll be working on 🚀

• Build agentic, human-in-the-loop workflows – researching, prototyping, and shipping AI‑driven processes that generate high‑quality data, tasks, and environments for customers.
• Push state‑of‑the‑art performance – define success metrics, run rigorous evaluations, dig into data, and continually improve system reliability and output quality.
• Work at the frontier of AI – apply and innovate on cutting‑edge techniques in agentic pipelines, context engineering, and model tuning/post‑training to maximise system capability.
• Product ionise research – partner with software engineering to turn new methods into scalable, observable, high‑impact production features.
