As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a newly formed internal product team to lead the development of modern web applications. You will take ownership of building a high-impact management software platform from scratch, collaborating with a small, skilled team where your work directly influences the business’s global launch strategy.

• Lead the build of a flagship product as it heads toward a full-scale global launch.

• Modern tech stack utilizing Ruby on Rails, React, Unpoly, and Render.

• Lead the development and architecture of new camp management web applications.
• Collaborate with the product team to deliver scalable features using lean development principles.
• Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining high standards for code quality and UI/UX.

• Extensive experience building and scaling web platforms specifically using Ruby on Rails.
• Proficient with modern front-end technologies such as React, Stimulus, and Turbo.
• Proven track record of delivering features quickly without compromising scalability or user experience.
