Are you ready to ride the rocket of an AI-native data orchestration platform that's already 100×'d usage and quintupled revenue in the last year?

In a small, elite team, you'll own impactful features end-to-end (primarily backend, with frontend opportunities), collaborate directly with customers, run fast experiments, scale core systems, ship multiple times daily, and help shape culture and strategy in a user-obsessed, high-velocity environment.

You’ll solve real pain points in data reliability, orchestration, and AI workflows on a modern stack:
Python + FastAPI, Type Script + Express, React + Type Script, serverless AWS (Terraform), Docker, Postgre

SQL + Dynamo

DB, Git Hub Actions + Blacksmith CI/CD.

• 5+ years commercial engineering shipping full‑stack products
• strong Python
• solid grasp of scalable backends and cloud systems
• fast/resourceful/opinionated mindset that knows when to ship vs. experiment
• React/Type Script experience is a plus

Compensation will include significant equity in an incredibly fast growing business along with a basic salary up to £120k.

3 days a week on site in Central London Office.
