Climate Tech Start-up | London Bridge | 4 days onsite. Tired of being just another engineer? • Solve hard technical challenges – from scaling data platforms to automating complex workflows
• Design systems end-to-end – not just code, but shaping the entire solution
• Work in a late-seed stage start-up – shipping fast, making decisions that matter, and helping shape the product

• 5–10 years with Python (ideally Django)
• Startup mindset – fast, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity
• Passion for clean tech + building meaningful products
