The RoleWe’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a hands‑on leadership role that balances delivery leadership with impactful ownership of high‑value product areas.
Your team may focus on:
- Workflow and automation improvements
- Core platform scalability and resilience
- Serve as a hands‑on Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
- Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
- Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing and shipping new features
- Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and engineering excellence
- Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale
