Senior Python Developer

Description

We are currently working with an established bank based in London city that are looking to hire a senior Python Developer with proven banking experience to join a high performing team within Equity Derivatives Risk.

This person will support with two urgent projects, one to help revamp the bank's current PnL systems, looking to make enhancements to the way they current use it and its functionalities. The second is to help with a number of front office system migrations.

They will be looking to meet consultants that are good with dealing with front office traders and stakeholders, but also good at managing strategic solutions and handling complex coding.

The successful consultant will be a senior python developer with at least 10+ years of experience working within banking. Ideally come from a risk / front office background working on core python.

This will be a long term contract, offering multiple years of work. They'll want at least 3 days a week onsite to begin with. Rates are negotiable.
