It centralises context, insights, and workflows into one intelligent platform - helping teams analyse performance, automate reporting, and extract meaningful answers from their data in minutes rather than days. We're already trusted by enterprise customers across dozens of industries, but we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the next generation of PIP. You'll build robust, scalable features with a focus on AI-driven experiences, backend services, and integrations that bring real value to users. You'll work closely with product, design, and ML to deliver high-quality software with clear ownership.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy code that powers PIP's core features and infrastructure
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI workflows, data ingestion, and real-time insights
• Work with AI/ML services and integrations - connecting models, databases, and frontend experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn product goals into technical solutions
• Write clear documentation, perform code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain systems for performance and reliability at scale
• Help define development processes and tooling as we grow

• High rate of learning - you get up to speed fast and keep pushing
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or data-driven features
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Elixir, Phoenix, Erlang or similar
• Previous work on AI platforms
