We've partnered with a unique health-tech platform who are driving meaningful change in a space currently under-served by technology!

They're on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer who will be responsible for driving technical direction across a large digital health offering as the company embarks on a major phase of growth.

As a Lead Software Engineer you will play a key role from a technical perspective in the full-stack development of a cross-platform product in a modern stack comprising of Next.js, React Native, Node.js & AWS. You'll also help to build your team and be given the opportunity to drive software architecture!

Required Technical Skills for a Lead Software Engineer:

• Strong backend experience in Node.js
• Proven senior level expertise in frontend engineering with React.js & ideally Next.js - experience with React Native for cross-platform development is also great
• Demonstrable expertise in AWS and related services including EC2, Lamba, S3 etc
• Any experience with AI / LLM integrations is also great to have
• Agile and modern engineering principles with a background in mentoring and team leadership
• Experience building products & working within the Health-Tech/Healthcare space

Package on offer:

• Salary up to £110,000
• Hybrid Working - 2/3 days per week in Central London
