As the second engineer at Kult, you will build a real‑time AI voice assistant that watches gameplay and provides expert advice without needing an alt‑tab. You will orchestrate complex LLM pipelines, develop low‑latency voice interactions, and scale a deep game knowledge engine to enhance the experience for players across every genre.

• Join as the second engineer and founding team member, directly shaping the technical architecture and product direction from the ground up.
• Work at the absolute bleeding edge of AI, integrating real‑time computer vision, voice pipelines (WebRTC), and complex RAG architectures for gaming.
• Build a product for a passionate global audience of gamers, solving high‑speed interaction challenges that haven't been solved in the industry yet.

• Design and implement real‑time voice interaction systems that feel natural and responsive enough for high‑stakes competitive gaming environments.
• Architect a massive knowledge engine that extracts and models complex game mechanics, items, and strategies from diverse, unstructured data sources.
• Develop computer vision systems to recognize game states and player context in milliseconds, delivering proactive assistance through natural conversation.

• Expert‑level Type Script full‑stack skills with deep experience in Node.js, React, and Postgres, capable of owning features from schema to UI.
• Proven experience building with LLMs, specifically orchestrating multi‑step reasoning, prompt engineering, and managing context assembly under strict latency constraints.
• A dedicated gamer with deep domain expertise in RPGs, strategy, or competitive titles who intuitively understands what players need mid‑session.
