• Mentor and develop three direct reports through regular pair‑programming, code reviews, and career growth planning.

• Extensive professional experience in object‑oriented development, particularly with backgrounds in Ruby, Java, or C#.
• Proven track record of leading technical delivery and managing the technical risks of long‑lived, scalable SaaS systems.
• Strong product engineering mindset with a focus on observability, CI/CD pipelines, and designing for long‑term maintainability.
