• Manage a cross‑functional squad of 4‑8 engineers, supporting their professional growth through regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Stay hands‑on in the codebase, leading by example to ensure high standards for engineering craft, quality, and delivery pace.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape technical solutions and navigate trade‑offs while owning the end‑to‑end delivery of squad commitments.

• Proven experience line managing engineering teams within a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally utilizing frameworks like Shape Up.
• Senior‑level technical expertise in modern stacks including Python/Django, Type Script/React, or React Native, and a passion for AI‑assisted development.
• A proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity, maintains a high bar for accountability, and prefers reimagining systems over maintaining the status quo.
