We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer to help shape and scale high-performance web applications using Next.js and React
.
This isn’t a maintenance role.
This isn’t a ticket factory.
You’ll have real ownership. Real technical input. Real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing- Designing and building scalable applications with Next.js & React
- Writing clean, maintainable Type Script
- Improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions
- Driving performance optimisation and best practices
- Contributing to architectural decisions
- Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar
Strong commercial experience with React & Next.js
Experience shipping production-scale applications
CI/CD experience (Git Hub Actions preferred)
Strong Git workflow and code review habits
Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to have:- Core Web Vitals optimisation
- Experience in product-led or scaling environments
- Modern stack
- Hybrid working (Hammersmith base)
- Real ownership and autonomy
- Engineering-led culture
- £100k to £110k salary band
