Skills & Knowledge:

Essential

· Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in complex, regulated environments.

· Deep hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, data model and automation capabilities.

· Strong programmatic Salesforce development skills, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and Flows.

· Proven experience designing and governing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits and performance optimisation.

· Experience with Data
360 and Marketing Cloud Engagement/Advanced

· Experience leading development teams and acting as a technical design authority.

· Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and release management, ideally using Copado.

· Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to non‑technical audiences.

· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Preferred

· Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within wealth management, asset management or financial services.

· Experience with Omni Studio (Flex Cards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures) within an Industry Cloud context.

· Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) concepts, including data ingestion, identity resolution and activation.

· Experience supporting or migrating from Marketing Cloud Engagement to Marketing Cloud Next.

· Salesforce Platform Developer II and Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification
