Responsibilities for the Full-Stack Developer:

Design and implement robust front-end and back-end solutions to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all digital channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into effective web solutions, maintaining scalability and reliability
Develop and maintain modules, APIs, and integrations to optimise website functionality and performance
Champion accessibility and mobile-first design principles across all projects, ensuring compliance with modern standards and best practices
Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and recommending improvements that enhance user experience and platform performance
Support continuous integration, version control, and deployment strategies to maintain high-quality releases
Engage with internal stakeholders to provide clear technical insights and deliver functional prototypes demonstrating proposed solutions

Essential Skills for the Full-Stack Developer:

HTML
CSS
Java Script
CMS development
Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills for the Full-Stack Developer:
