Python Developer

Permanent opportunity for a Python Software Developer to join London based Fin Tech. In this role you will work on production-grade analytical and AI systems that shape real commercial decisions. You’ll work with some of the world’s largest insurers, tackling large and complex datasets, and solving challenging problems across data engineering, modelling, and software design. You’ll work alongside actuaries, data scientists, and software engineers to scale a multi award-winning SaaS platform.

We’re seeking Python Software Developers with strong software development experience, with a track record of writing production-grade, maintainable code. We’re looking for Python Software Developers with experience of working with large datasets and performance-critical workloads.

The successful candidate will need to have working knowledge of Azure PaaS/SaaS tools (e.g. Azure Functions, Batch, Blob/Table/Queue Storage), and Cosmos

DB and…you’ll need to be a Python Software Developer that is a huge advocate of software-engineering best practices: automated testing, unit testing, version control, CI/CD and OOP.

This Python Software Developer role will be working on a Hybrid Working Pattern where two days per week you will work from the Company’s Central London office. The position will pay a starting annual salary between £80,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience level) and in addition offers a benefits package that includes;
