Embedded Kernel Software Engineer

Based Hybrid in Central London commutable from Cambridge the Embedded Linux Kernel Engineer will be working on the development of a range of Embedded Software to host, monitor high speed networks.

The Embedded Linux Engineer will be working with a company developing AI/ML Technologies for data centres for a sustainable future. The company can sponsor, if required, but would prefer not to.

Responsibilities will include Software architecture definition of Embedded Software Development within network interface technology. Additionally the role will include Linux PCIe driver development, which is an essential requirement as listed below, network control and working with prototype hardware to identify root cause issues.

The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree with a strong commercial background in Linux Kernel Development, along with.

• Hands on experience in embedded development ideally in a product development environment
• Strong experience working with PCie
• Experience with C/C++ and Python
