Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Housekeep, you will:

• Understand complex business problems and propose and implement technical solutions.
• Provide leading input into frontend architecture, working closely with the Head of Technology and other frontend engineers.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and the business to improve user experiences.
• Bring your experience and enthusiasm to our engineering culture.
• Promote excellence through technical mentoring, feedback, and code reviews.
• Participate in planning sessions, retrospectives, stand‑ups, and demos.
• Help curate a codebase that is maintainable, testable, and of high quality.

• You have built great web and/or mobile applications.
• You have analysed business problems, scoped and built technical solutions to solve them.
• You can quickly become productive using our frontend technologies.
• You are excited about understanding the real problems that working people face and fixing them with technology.
• You work well in small teams to deliver radical improvements.

• Angular and Type Script on the client side for our mobile apps and booking flow.

• Python on the server side, using Django Rest Framework for our API and PostgreSQL for our database.
• Metabase for analysis and self‑serve data exploration.
