Role OverviewAs a Graduate Software Developer, you will join Canvas Reply as part of a cohort of technically minded graduates who are curious, adaptable, and eager to develop their skills. You will gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of digital delivery, including software development with AI tools, 3D visualisation technologies, and front‑end or back‑end development. Working across projects and teams, you will also be involved in delivery, collaboration, and client‑facing activities.
This role is ideal for graduates seeking to build a broad technical foundation while contributing to real client projects early in their career.

- Contribute to the creation of highly visual and interactive solutions, including those with 3D elements
- Assist in automation and agent development to help scale solutions
- Collaborate with designers, delivery managers, and product owners across projects
- Write clean, well‑structured code aligned with modern development standards
- Support application monitoring, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Communicate progress clearly with internal teams and external clients
- Contribute across different project areas, adapting to varying technical and delivery requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business & IT, or a related discipline (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- Some exposure to coding or scripting through university, personal projects, or placements
- Strong technical curiosity and interest in software, systems, and digital product development
- Good communication skills, with confidence working in team‑based environments
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with willingness to work across different technical areas
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies in a practical context
- Interest in modern development practices and collaborative delivery environments
- The following are advantageous: understanding of Dev Ops concepts, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and CI/CD tooling
- Exposure to AI development techniques would be beneficial
