** How you'll contribute
*** Collaborate with engineers to build and deliver new platform capabilities.
* Engage in hands-on programming, including coding, pair programming, and testing.
* Participate in regular scrum ceremonies, contributing to the agile development process.
* Work closely with the technical lead to build out Stratus Capabilities for other teams to leverage.
* Implement Continuous Delivery practices to ensure fast and high-quality code deployment.
* Leverage AI tools (e.g. Git Hub Copilot) thoughtfully to improve efficiency and code quality
** Key Skills & Responsibilities
*** Proficiency in crafting modern .NET applications using C# 12+ (including .NET 8+ and NuGet).
* Expertise in crafting robust HTTP APIs with tools such as ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Carter, or Nancy.
* Experience navigating Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud environments.
* Proven experience with Event-Driven Architecture, designing systems that react in real-time.
* Experience with Dev Ops practices, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Git Hub Actions, Octopus)
* Knowledge of Event-Sourced Systems, building architectures that track every state change.
* Ability to thrive in autonomous, agile environments where daily innovation is the norm.
** Preferred Skills and Experience
*** Proven experience with Event-Driven Architecture, designing systems that react in real-time.
* Knowledge of Event-Sourced Systems, building architectures that track every state change.
* Experience working with distributed, scalable database solutions.
* Familiarity with Event Sourced architectures.
