Role: C++ 20/23 Software Engineer

Compensation: Up to £200k + Bonus

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

An Elite Tech Driven Trading Firm is looking for a highly talented C++ Software Engineer to join an elite group of individuals. This team has an unlimited tech budget, promotes a great culture, and is made up of fantastic like‑minded technologists!

They’ll find the best team to suit your skillset/interests, but you could be working on some of the world’s most performant ML pipelines that deal with millions of data points every second, or building software solutions/products with scale, reliability, and latency considerations in mind.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building software solutions/products with scale, reliability, and latency considerations in mind
• Developing and optimizing performant ML pipelines dealing with millions of data points per second
• Implementing modern C++ 20/23 features for high-frequency trading and data processing systems
• Collaborating with a team of elite technologists on greenfield builds

• 2 – 15 years of experience as a C++ Developer
• Strong knowledge of optimization/performance
• An interest in Rust is a nice plus
• Experience working at a large scale

• Cutting‑edge tech and ownership of multiple greenfield projects
