Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers build fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI‑native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.

Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company – we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Our Opportunity

As a Manager, Engineering at Snyk you will be a member of the wider Engineering Team and will drive processes to enable the team to achieve goals, solve challenges effectively, and deliver predictably. Within this role you will track, predict, and course‑correct project status, drive communication of progression, possible issues, and team capacity.

You will be responsible for driving processes across the group and facilitating team collaboration and coaching direct reports to grow their skills and career. This is a high‑impact, strategic role for a leader who is excited by complex technical challenges. You will be instrumental in evolving our core technology to power the next generation of developer security tools, including our AI‑powered remediation capabilities.
