You will be one of the first engineering hires, building a platform that makes expert financial advice accessible to everyone. Working directly with the founding team, you will own the full product lifecycle across consumer apps and internal tools, utilizing a Go and React stack on GCP to solve high-trust problems.

• Join a small, elite engineering team of five led by senior leadership from Netlify and incident.io, ensuring a high-density talent environment.
• Direct impact on closing the "advice gap" using a modern Go monolith and event-driven architecture to build a more equitable financial future.
• High-autonomy culture with no PMs, where engineers are empowered to act as product owners and drive features from first principles to production.

• Design and implement end-to-end features across the consumer experience, adviser platform, and internal workflow orchestration systems.
• Establish the engineering foundations, including quality standards, testing patterns, and architectural conventions for a rapidly scaling startup.
• Partner with design and founders to prototype and iterate on complex onboarding flows and data-driven product improvements.

• Product‑minded engineer with a bias for shipping and a track record of taking ambiguous 0→1 products from a blank page to launch.
• Strong full‑stack fundamentals, comfortable moving between designing clean APIs in Go and building polished, trustworthy UIs in React.
• Experienced in high‑trust or regulated environments like fintech or health where clarity, correctness, and attention to detail are paramount.
