We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help shape and scale a platform that supports thousands of field professionals through complex, real-world workflows. You’ll own end-to-end product development—turning ambiguous problems into architecture, code, and customer-impacting outcomes. Expect to work across the stack, from backend systems in Python to modern web interfaces, using AI-accelerated workflows to ship faster without compromising quality. • Senior full-stack experience with strong backend depth (Python preferred)
• A track record of shipping and maintaining production‑grade software
• Clear judgment around trade‑offs — you know when to refactor vs. when to ship
• Experience collaborating in small product/engineering teams
• Curiosity, humility, and a growth mindset
• Ability to mentor others and raise standards by example

• Experience with Django
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (ideally GCP)
• Interest or background in field operations, workforce tools, or distributed systems
• Experience in scale-ups or product‑focused environments
