We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping and evolving a scalable technology platform within a highly collaborative engineering environment. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence, helping to guide architecture decisions while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.

• Shape the technical direction of a growing fintech platform
• Lead high-impact engineering initiatives and architecture decisions

• Strong engineering culture focused on quality and continuous improvement

• 5+ years’ experience in senior or principal engineering roles
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET development
• Experience designing and building scalable software systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience working in regulated or complex technical environments
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices
• Experience working in fast-paced product-led businesses
