WeEngage Group | B Corp™ is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join a rapidly scaling fintech unicorn. You will work with a small team to tackle complex distributed systems and influence architecture, ensuring high reliability for financial infrastructure.
This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the Central London office, and offers a competitive salary of up to £120k plus equity. Ideal candidates will have strong backend experience, particularly in Kotlin or Go, and familiarity with modern engineering practices.
