Job DescriptionAs our first Founding Product Engineer, you will rethink how engineering teams collaborate in an AI-first world. You will own features end-to-end, from ideation to deployment, building the tools used by high-performance teams at n8n and Granola. This is a high-autonomy role requiring hardcore engineering skills and strong product intuition.

- Work directly with an elite team of four ex-founders, including veterans from Instagram, Tessian, and a previous YC exit.
- Shape the future of software development by building an AI-native replacement for Git Hub that already powers the world's best engineering teams.
- Lead the end-to-end development of major product features using a modern stack including Next.js, React, and Vercel AI SDK.
- Act as your own Product Manager to translate user needs into technical specifications and elegant, functional software.
- Prototype and iterate rapidly on AI-driven code review workflows to define an entirely new category of developer tools.
- Has 5+ years of software development experience with a track record as a self-starter or contributor to major open-source projects.
- Demonstrates mastery of the modern full-stack ecosystem, specifically React, Next.js, Prisma, Supabase, and AI integration tools.
- Possesses a rare blend of hardcore engineering rigor and product taste, obsessing over user outcomes as much as the underlying tech stack.
