As the first dedicated AI hire, you will define how artificial intelligence transforms alternative asset management.   As the first specialist hire, you own the AI roadmap and architecture rather than just executing pre‑defined feature tickets.
• Elite pedigree:
  Work alongside a founding team from KKR, Blackstone, and Revolut, backed by $28M from top‑tier investors like Apollo and Picus Capital.
• Tangible impact:
  Build the "AltOS" operating system for an industry expected to hit $60T in AuM, replacing legacy manual processes with sophisticated AI orchestration.

• Design and build production‑grade AI features using AWS Bedrock, Anthropic SDK, and multi‑agent orchestration to automate complex investment workflows.
• Partner directly with product leadership to rapidly prototype and move intelligence‑driven concepts from initial ideation to live production environments.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the AI practice, establishing how RAG, document intelligence, and LLMs are integrated across the entire AltOS platform.

• A proven builder with a portfolio of shipped LLM‑powered tools, fine‑tuned models, or sophisticated agent pipelines that solve real‑world problems.
• Strong technical proficiency in modern back‑end systems (Java 21/Spring Boot) and AI tooling (AWS Bedrock, RAG, Knowledge Bases) with a first‑principles mindset.
