WeEngage are partnered with a global fintech unicorn that is quietly building some of the most ambitious financial infrastructure in Europe. They're scaling rapidly, investing heavily in engineering, and hiring Senior Backend Engineers to help shape the next phase of growth.

You’ll tackle the challenges of scaling high-volume distributed systems across multiple markets, helping shape architecture, reliability, and the future of financial infrastructure.

This isn't a role where requirements are handed down and tickets appear in your backlog.

You’ll work in small, autonomous teams with genuine ownership of what you build—from design and implementation through to production and continuous improvement.

Tech-wise: we're interested in engineers with strong backend experience from Kotlin, Go or JVM-based environments, alongside exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.

London (Hybrid) - 3 days in their Central London office

Salary up to £120k base + equity
