As the highest-level individual contributor, you will architect AI-powered tools transforming legal document review for elite firms like Barclays and A&O Shearman. You will drive end-to-end technical decisions across a Python, Type Script, and .NET stack, scaling high-throughput data pipelines and mentoring a high-performing engineering team in a hands‑on capacity.

• Deep full-stack expertise with architectural opinions on React frontend and backend systems using Python, Type Script, or C#/.NET.
• Proven track record of technical leadership as a Senior or Staff IC, ideally within document-heavy domains or AI-powered products.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and high-throughput data processing, with the ability to proactively address technical debt and scalability risks.
