• Be part of a cross‑functional team
• Build, test, and ship features/products using modern tools such as Vue, Type Script, Jest, Webpack, and Web Sockets
• Proactively take responsibility for the long‑term code quality and frontend architecture
• Participate in mentorship of more junior colleagues and set them up for success
• Experience with or a strong desire to learn backend technologies such as Kotlin, Postgre
  
  SQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus

• You have developed and shipped scalable user‑facing features using component‑based UI frameworks
• You have a strong urge to deliver reliable and long‑term maintainable software using development and continuous delivery
• You feel comfortable in an agile environment and have a self‑driven personality with a “hands‑on” approach, and are able to identify and solve problems independently and efficiently
• You are passionate about building a modern financial system that redefines how people invest their money in today's markets
• You have a proven track record of mentoring and onboarding team members
