Join a high-growth startup redefining CRM for the AI era. As an Engineering Lead, you will spend 80% of your time shipping high-quality code and 20% leading a small, elite team of 4-6 engineers. Help build flexible, real-time infrastructure that handles 250k+ events/minute for over 8,000 global customers.

• Work under world-class leadership including a VP of Engineering who previously led organizations of 1,400+ at Google Cloud and Snyk.
• Incredible momentum with 10x ARR growth in the last 24 months and backing from top-tier investors like GV, Redpoint, and Balderton.
• Builder-first culture with high autonomy, minimal meetings, and the opportunity to influence the product roadmap by working directly with customers.

• Deliver end-to-end features across a modern stack including Type Script, Node.js, Go, and React running on GCP/AWS.
• Architect and evolve secure, scalable systems designed to support rapidly increasing scale and AI-native workflows.
• Mentor and grow a focused team of engineers, raising the bar for technical craft and shipping velocity across the organization.

• Deep technical expertise in backend engineering with production experience in Node.js, Type Script, Go, Rust, or Java.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to a small team without losing your edge as an individual contributor.
• Experience in high-growth environments like developer tools or SaaS where you have managed complex cloud architectures at scale.
