Software Engineer (Full Stack) – Fin Tech

Following continued growth, they're looking for ambitious Software Engineers to join their collaborative engineering team and play a key role in building products used by thousands of customers.

You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of customer-facing products and internal platforms. From day one, you'll have ownership of meaningful projects, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both the product and the wider business.

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to deployment.
• Work within an agile environment focused on delivering value quickly and efficiently.

• Experience with software development through commercial, academic, or personal projects.
• A genuine passion for technology and solving complex problems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and expanding your skillset.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive projects forward.

Experience with some of the following would be beneficial:

• Modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
• Python
• SQL and relational databases
• Docker and containerisation
• API development and integrations
