C# .NET​/REACT Developer

Talan is seeking a skilled C# .NET Developer with REACT experience
to join our delivery teams working on Front Office platforms within Global Markets environments
.

In this role, you will design, build, and enhance regulatory, alerting, and sales enablement solutions
, supporting front-office users in fast-paced trading environments. You will work at the intersection of business and technology
, delivering high-performance applications that directly impact sales and trading activities.

You will contribute to the development of front-office sales and trading tools
within a Global Markets ecosystem, supporting a range of business-critical applications.

Operating in a distributed agile environment
, you will collaborate with:

• Front office stakeholders (sales & trading)
• Application support and production teams
• QA and testing teams
• Distributed delivery teams across Europe and globally

This role offers exposure to complex, real-time systems
within capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain front-office applications, components and utilities
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle
  (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
• Build and deliver high-performance, scalable applications
• Develop RESTful APIs and modern UI applications using React
• Engage directly with business stakeholders
  to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutions
• Collaborate with production support teams to ensure smooth releases and system stability
• Provide third-line support
  and assist with troubleshooting production incidents
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience (Required)

Strong development experience in C# / .NET & REACT (server-side and/or full-stack)

• Experience building web-based applications and RESTful APIs
• Solid experience with relational databases and SQL
• Strong understanding of application performance and optimisation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in agile, collaborative environments
• Experience with in investment banking or capital markets environments
• Knowledge of front office systems (FX, Rates, Credit, or derivatives)
• Experience with multi-threaded or distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Team City) and deployment tools (e.g. Ansible)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
