The team blends Full Stack Engineers and UI Specialists, and this hire will have both the autonomy and freedom to lead feature development and take ownership of greenfield initiatives launching in 2026. The engineering group is known for solving technical and mathematical problems with creativity and precision, constantly pushing technological boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

🤝 Collaborate with front‑office users and quantitative teams to enhance a large‑scale trading platform
🖥️ Build bespoke, high‑performance UIs for traders and electronic trading desks
🔧 Implement, refine, and configure platform enhancements
🔄 Work closely with Java and Python Software Engineers to define and deliver new features

Requirements

💼 Experience working in a Fin Tech or Financial Services environment
📈 Strong background building UIs for front‑office users or electronic trading environments
🎓 Degree in a STEM discipline
🧑 💻 8 + years of commercial frontend development experience
🐍 Knowledge of Python or Java
🔌 Solid understanding of GraphQL
