Salesforce Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 65,000 per year

• We require 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• We require solid experience in Apex programming, including writing efficient and well‑tested code.

• We require experience with Dev Ops tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure Dev Ops.
• We require strong technical problem‑solving ability and excellent communication skills.
• We require a commitment to delivering high‑quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• We require experience working in Agile environments and using Jira for task management.
• We require experience collaborating with architects, project managers, QA consultants, and other stakeholders.
• We require experience creating technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.
• We require the ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• SC clearance is required for this role.

• We develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on provided designs.
• We customize and configure Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, automation, and workflows.
• We develop complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
• We write, test, and deploy Apex code, including classes, triggers, and components, to extend Salesforce functionality.
• We participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• We implement and maintain robust Dev Ops practices, including source code management, branching strategies, pull requests, and commits.
• We use Dev Ops tools for deployment and release management.
• We work within an Agile environment, using Jira to manage user stories and collaboration.
• We ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
• We adhere to project timelines and deliverable deadlines.
• We collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects, Project Managers, QA Consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• We create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.
• We provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• We adhere to best practices for Apex, Flows, and Unit Testing, and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and system integrity.
