Software Engineer Intern
12-week paid summer internship — work on real client projects with a senior mentor.

Responsibilities- Own delivery of major features end-to-end, from technical design through production deployment.
- Lead architecture and code reviews for a team of 4–6 engineers, mentoring junior team members.
- Partner with product, design and client stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence — testing, observability, performance and security best practice.
- Contribute to internal frameworks, design systems and reusable libraries across our consulting practice.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
- Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, distributed systems.
- Track record of shipping enterprise‑grade SaaS or platform products at scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging directly with clients.
- Top‑of‑market pay with annual reviews and performance bonuses.
- £2,000/year for certifications, conferences and learning.
- Modern offices across the UK with 2–3 days remote each week.
- Work with FTSE 250 clients on AI, cloud and digital transformation.
Active ERGs, mentorship and a flat, collaborative team.
