You'll own solutions end‑to‑end, from understanding a vague customer need to deploying full‑stack software and configuring hardware on‑site. You'll join a high‑autonomy team that thrives on converting ambiguity into clear, deployed solutions.

• Define and scope complex, ambiguous customer problems, translating vague needs into concrete technical solutions.
• Architect and build full‑stack features: from Python backend services and data pipelines to new Type Script UI components.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware on‑site, integrating new capabilities into existing sensor networks.
• Act as a critical feedback loop, surfacing direct customer insights to product and engineering teams.
• Spend up to half your time directly with customers, ensuring successful deployments and building lasting relationships.

• A track record of delivering real‑world technical solutions in highly ambiguous environments, where requirements were not handed to you.
• Direct experience working with customers, including on‑site deployments, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong full‑stack engineering skills, comfortable across Python backends, Type Script frontends, and Linux hardware configuration.
• A resourceful, pragmatic approach to problem‑solving, making deliberate trade‑offs and prioritizing ruthlessly to ship value.
