We are seeking a Junior manual QA tester to join our team. As we revolutionise the software spend industry, we need someone to help ensure our product enhancements are shipped on time and meet the highest standards.

• Execute manual tests on software applications to ensure the product meets specified requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well organized test plans, test cases and test results.
• Identify, record, document, and track any issues and improvements.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to developers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to understand product changes and new features.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not adversely affected by new changes.

We are looking for someone with familiarity in manual testing who is dedicated to ensuring product quality through rigorous, detail‑oriented testing processes. Alternatively you may have experience at another SaaS company in a customer facing role that requires you to work through some of their technical challenges or problem solve.

Ideally, you recognise the importance of pushing the boundaries of traditional manual testing and maximising curiosity.

You can confidently communicate both verbally and in writing in English, effectively reporting findings and collaborating with team members.

• Willingness to develop your analytical thinking to understand complex systems and identify potential areas of risk.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Openness to receiving feedback and implementing improvements.

• Knowledge of basic testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work with databases and execute simple SQL queries
• Familiarity with task tracking software
• Exposure to automation tools (preferred but not required; willingness to learn is crucial).
