Quality Assurance Specialist

We’re building an AI product that helps UK service-based businesses automate day-to-day operational work by sitting on top of their existing CRM. The platform includes a voice agent and agentic workflows, and we’re hiring a QA Engineer to own quality end to end as we scale.

• Own the test strategy across the stack, from unit and integration testing through to automated end-to-end coverage.
• Build and maintain automated test suites and CI/CD quality gates so the team can ship quickly without regressions.
• Test, validate, and harden non-deterministic, agentic pipelines (Lang Chain/Lang Graph and the supporting infrastructure).
• Partner with Engineering and Dev Ops to improve monitoring, reliability, and incident readiness.
• Help set the standard for how AI tools are used in testing, including where they add value and where they need guardrails.

• 5+ years’ experience in QA or software engineering with a strong testing focus (SaaS/automation experience is a plus).
• Strong Python and test automation experience (e.g., Pytest, Playwright or Cypress, plus API and integration testing).
• Confident working in cloud environments with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable testing systems that don’t behave deterministically (LLMs/agents).
• A start-up mindset: practical, proactive, and high ownership.
