Head of Engineering

Overview

Lead the technical delivery of AI, automation, and digital innovation across the firm. You will personally design, prototype, build, and deploy solutions such as copilots, document intelligence tools, workflow automation, and knowledge systems, while also shaping the broader technology direction. The role combines strong hands-on engineering with the responsibility to introduce scalable cloud platforms, data pipelines, and automation frameworks that the business can grow into.

You are a hands-on engineering leader with proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions, ideally within a professional services environment. You have strong technical capability and are comfortable building and shipping solutions yourself, not just directing others.

You have experience with cloud platforms, AI tools, APIs, and automation frameworks, combined with a product mindset focused on usability and measurable outcomes.

You can translate technical work into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused setting.
