• Strong experience in Service Now ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Experience in Service Now development, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong experience in Python development and scripting.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and automation.
• Experience with CMDB, reporting, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes.
• 8 years of experience in Service Now development or design.
• Strong Python scripting and automation experience.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

• Design and develop Service Now ITSM solutions and workflows.
• Develop Python scripts for automation and integrations.
• Customize Service Now applications based on business requirements.
• Support Green IT initiatives by optimizing IT operations and resource usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and support.
