As a Founding AI Engineer at Pharosyn, you will build AI systems that automate complex analyst workflows for monitoring clinical trials and regulatory filings. Working directly with the CTO, you will own LLM orchestration, data pipelines, and full‑stack development, shipping production‑ready code to enterprise pharma clients while shaping the technical architecture of the platform.

• Solve a massive, high‑value problem in the regulated pharma industry by replacing slow manual reporting with real‑time, traceable AI‑powered competitive intelligence.
• Experience rapid growth in a high‑intensity environment where you ship code to production and interact with enterprise clients on a weekly basis.

• Build and manage core LLM orchestration layers and data pipelines to monitor clinical trials and regulatory filings continuously.
• Develop and maintain the full‑stack platform using Python, Type Script, and React to deliver actionable insights to pharma strategic teams.
• Make high‑level architectural decisions alongside the CTO, ensuring the product remains privacy‑first, traceable, and SOC 2 compliant.

• Has 0‑4 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production‑ready AI or LLM‑powered systems.
• Holds a computer science or technical degree from a top UK Russell‑group university, showing strong fundamentals and a builder's mindset.
• Demonstrates full‑stack proficiency in Python and Type Script/React, with the ability to thrive in the ambiguity of an early‑stage startup environment.
