Senior AI Engineer - Major Financial Advisory Firm

A private equity-backed professional services firm is expanding its internal AI capability and is looking for an AI Engineer to join its growing data team. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you’ll help deliver AI solutions that improve productivity, automate processes and support commercial decision making. With strong executive backing and a growing pipeline of projects, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how AI is adopted across the organisation.

You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of internal AI products, from proof of concept through to production. This is a hands‑on engineering role offering broad technical ownership across GenAI, AI agents, automation and Azure‑based data engineering.

• Design, build and deploy production GenAI applications end-to-end
• Develop AI agents and workflow automation for internal business functions
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems using Azure technologies
• Contribute to data engineering projects alongside the Lead Data Engineer
• Manage multiple AI initiatives while helping prioritise the delivery backlog
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions

Working model:
Hybrid, 2 days per week in the London office (very flexible)
